Wednesday, March 22nd, Mrs. Hageman, Mrs. Scott, and Ms. Matteson’s homerooms will be going to safety city!
HERE ARE A FEW REMINDERS:
*We will be leaving shortly after announcements in the morning so please make sure your kiddos are ON TIME!
* Each student MUST wear tennis shoes or they will not be allowed to participate in riding bikes or driving cars.
*Each student must BRING A SACK LUNCH. There will not be time for parents to go get food of their kiddos or for them to take them to eat. We are on a tight schedule.
*Remember parents were asked, ahead of time, to fill out paperwork and return it to the school by March 7th. Background checks had to be run and approval obtained before you can attend Safety City. If you were not approved a letter from the Administration Office was sent to you. If you have any questions about that, please contact them.
We are so excited for a fun filled adventure with your kiddos!
Many parents and students have asked for a copy of the video of our programs. Your children have provided Clyde Intermediate with some amazing performances and I am excited to say that I am now able to make DVD’s of our music programs performed at Clyde Intermediate. DVD’s will be available for $5 each. In addition, the monies will be used as a fundraiser to buy additional instruments and materials for the music room.
Please write the number of copies that you want of each one, and enclose the correct amount of money. Checks should be made payable to Clyde Intermediate. DVD’s will be delivered to your student within a two-week period.
Forms will be going home today in Thursday folders…..additional forms can be gotten from homeroom teachers or Mrs. Lowery.
Test will be AFTER spring break on Wednesday, March 22nd

Dear Parents of 3rd grade students,
We are almost ready! Our 3rd grade program, “From the Inside Out” will be presented on Thursday, March 9th, at the Intermediate School cafeteria at 2:00 and 7:00 p.m. We are singing a lot of really great music and can’t wait to perform it for you!
This program has to do with our character and the 7 habits. We will wear SOLID color shirts (Any color except white, unless it is button down). They can also decorate a shirt with the 7 habits or good character traits (Be Responsible, decency, fairness, honesty, respect, kindness, courage, humility, compassion, integrity, etc.) on it or wear a SOLID COLOR shirt that they have. They can also wear a CLYDE INTERMEDIATE shirt that says
“FOLLOW the LEADER” on the back. Solid t-shirts can be found at Hobby Lobby for about $3.00. Please start planning their shirt now with them. They get so excited when they have spent time with you and decorated a shirt. We will wear nice blue jeans, with no holes and tennis shoes.
Please feel free to join us for either performance!
Please have your child either wear their concert clothes to school on Thursday or they can bring them with them to change into.
Thursday evening, please have your child at the music room, dressed and ready to go at 6:30.
You are really going to love this performance! We can’t wait to share it with you!
Test will be on Friday, March 3rd.

We are so excited because tomorrow night, February 21st, is our first annual LEADERSHIP NIGHT EVENT!
Our kiddos are so pumped to show you their leadership skills they have been working on this year at Clyde Intermediate! It is truly amazing how far they have come!
Just a reminder our event will start promptly at 6:00 and go to 7:00! We will have some yummy food trucks on campus that will have dinner and sweet to purchase before the event from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. so make sure to bring your appetite! Any kiddo that applied and was hired to be a leader at our leadership night is asked to be there at 5:15 p.m.! This will give us time for any last minute things!
Thank you so much parents for your support for the school, our kiddos, and our awesome habits!
Can’t wait to see you there! (:
